indoor/outdoor sports tile features a high-density rib pattern for
tremendous
durability under the most demanding conditions. With its rugged
construction
and robust composition, this tile is able to withstand a sustained load
of 16,000 pounds per square foot. The flow-through
design allows rainwater and other liquids to drain quickly and
completely
making it a safe, dry surface for a variety of sporting applications.
The matte surface offers just enough grab to prevent accidental
slipping.
This
indoor and outdoor
basketball court tile is manufactured with specially designed flex
joints so it can expand and contract in response to changing
temperature variations. This prevents the floor from warping and
humping up in hot weather, if you have a small court.
Note: If you
desire a large installation, such as a full size basketball court or
tennis court, this tiled surface needs to be tacked or nailed down,
stretched, and assembled in sections, each pinned or pegged down and stretched in turne, to
prevent warping. See this page.
It
is suitable for basketball,
volleyball, racquetball, dance floors, aerobics or any outdoor
